At Frida, as tradition would have it, all our dishes (including desserts) are made from carefully selected, pure ingredients pertaining to the season.
Ornella, a pastry chef with passion, offers recipes that range from the traditional to experimental.
No preparations or essences are used, only the very finest natural products.
Special Desserts, based on pizza:
- Basket of pizza with mascarpone mousse, Nutella and berries
- Cornucopia: filled pizza cone overflowing with chocolate, fruit and cream. Served with home-made ice cream of your choice, whipped cream and fruit
Included on the menu for your enjoyment there is traditional Tiramisu, Strawberry Tiramisu, Panna Cotta (Italian cooked cream), Mascarpone cups, Nutella and puffed rice, Almond and Pistachio Parfait, Chocolate Brownie Cake, coconut or fruits of the forest cheesecake, fruitcakes and Diplomat cake.
And, for all those lovers of Sicilian tradition, the menu just wouldn’t be complete without Cannoli and oven-baked Cassata.
